Happy Tamil New Year

Yes, Tamil New Year.

I think linguistic bifurcation of states in India has created an issue. People who rule the state (instead of serving the people) think they have an authority over the language and all people who speak the language. They have neither.

Hope other states do not follow this wrong precedent.

  2. In last week’s vikatan, one guy asked about this to Madhan. He replied that changing the calendar system happens right from Caesar period when they added july and august before september (7th month). He also said that in future they may add “Kalaignar month” in tamil calendar :)
Instead of tackling other issues, he’s doing these things :)
